Fields of Thunder Museum expresses its profound gratitude to the men and women who have honorably served our country.
Please remember to take the time to thank those who made this country possible throughout the history of this great nation. We enjoy the freedom we have because someone else went before us to make that possible.
Most of us know of, or are related to, someone who served in the armed forces. We are honoring a few of these folks that have touched our lives with their histories and stories. We call them unsung Heroes. Not many people know them or have heard their sacrifices, but we think it is worth sharing the military part of their lives with you as you read through their experiences and contributions they have made for all of us.
“America’s fighting men and women sacrifice much to ensure that our great nation stays free. We owe a debt of gratitude to the soldiers that have paid the ultimate price for this cause, as well as for those who are blessed enough to return from the battlefield unscathed.”
If you know of someone that has served, has an interesting story or contribution, and you wish to honor them here, you can send us their story and we will post it alongside ours.
